How clients describe the change
Calmer and more in control
Support for anxiety, stress, fears, and medical nerves with practical work that helps you feel steadier.
Better relationship with food
Focused work on eating patterns, weight-related goals, and the emotional link between food and body image.
Less second guessing and more confidence
Confidence-focused support for driving tests, performance, interviews, public speaking, and day-to-day self-belief.
Fewer urges and stronger control
Support for smoking, vaping, and habit change with work focused on cravings, triggers, and staying in control.
Weight loss, eating and body image
Weight loss work often includes Hypno Gastric Band sessions. These use hypnosis and guided imagery to support changes in eating patterns, portion size and the emotional links around food, without any medical procedure or surgery.

Frequently asked questions
Will I stay in control during hypnosis
You stay in control throughout every session. You hear what is said, you remember what happened, and you can speak or stop at any point.
How many sessions will I need
This depends on what you want help with and how complex things feel at the moment. At the first meeting we agree a plan together and review it as you progress.
Does hypnotherapy replace medical care
No. Hypnotherapy sits alongside medical care. It does not replace it. You continue to follow advice from your GP or specialist and use hypnotherapy as an extra source of support.
Is online hypnotherapy available
Many issues work well online using secure video sessions. If you prefer remote appointments this can be discussed at your initial enquiry.
